If you want to take your cat outside, you must learn socialization training in advance!
Most cats are not suited for going out, but it's not impossible to change that.
However, there's a prerequisite; taking them out recklessly could lead to severe stress and other serious consequences!

1️⃣ It's best to start socialization training after your cat has had all its vaccines and before it turns one year old. The younger the age, the easier the training.
2️⃣ Before going out, let your cat get accustomed to a harness and leash at home. This step may take a few days.
3️⃣ Gradually, start training at your doorstep. Keep the leash on and let your cat explore by itself. Keep the sessions short and minimize disturbances, using treats as rewards.
4️⃣ Once the cat is comfortable going out, use a cat carrier and leash to take it downstairs or to the rooftop. Gradually expand the range. If your cat is really scared, don't force it; bring it back home immediately! Remember to reward with treats.
5️⃣ Train once or twice a week, making sure to gradually get your cat used to the outside world. Always keep the leash on if you're unsure, and don't force your cat to follow your route. They have their own paths; just follow their lead.
6️⃣ Regular deworming is crucial!
